Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Mackay Athletics Club Inc. will hold its Annual General Meeting on Saturday 16th November 2019 commencing at 11.30am at the PORTERS MITRE10 MACKAY CITY STORE – TRAINING ROOM – BRISBANE STREET, MACKAY.

Sandwiches / finger food and refreshments will be provided and we invite all club members and families along. Attending the meeting does not mean you need to take a position on the committee.

BUSINESS

1) To receive and present the associations audited financial statement for the year ended 30th September 2019

2) To receive the Club Presidents Report for 2019

3) To elect the Club Management Committee for 2020

4) General Business

Club Members Annual Break Up Day

Club members and their families celebrated the end of the clubs year with a break up day at the aquatic centre at the Mackay ARC. It was great to see so many members attend with many cooling off in the 25m Swim Pool before serving a great BBQ lunch.

The day also included the clubs annual participation awards and special awards for the year. Congratulations to all athletes who came along during the year and congratulations to those athletes who received an award this year.
